When you hire me for a meeting, I don't just show up. Before we ever get to that table I've learned your child's full history, done the preparation work on my end, and gotten on a call with you to walk through what to expect and how to handle it together. I'm with you in the meeting — and after it, we debrief on what happened and what comes next.
Billed hourly. You'll always know the full scope before we begin.

Mediation Support
Mediation is the highest stakes thing I do. When you get to this point, the district comes prepared — officials, executive directors, and often legal counsel. I've been in those rooms. I know how they work, and I know how to make sure your child's case is heard clearly and taken seriously, no matter who's sitting across the table.
Same process as meeting attendance — intake, preparation, the session itself, calls. Billed hourly.

Sliding Scale Spots — Limited Availability
I believe every family deserves access to advocacy regardless of their financial situation. A small number of reduced-fee engagements are available each year for families facing financial hardship. Reach out to ask.
A note on communication
I'm accessible and I stay in touch with the families I work with. Quick questions are part of the relationship. Substantive communication — emails or messages that require me to research, review documents, or provide a detailed response — is billed at $110/hr in 15-minute increments. You will always be told before that clock starts. No surprises.

I do a deep dive into your child's complete history — every evaluation, every IEP, every email chain — and deliver a full written analysis plus a dedicated strategy session. You'll walk away with a clear understanding of the full arc of your child's case, where the gaps are across time, and a plan that accounts for all of it — not just the next meeting.
